"I have had a wonderful experience working with Trever and his team. On the customer end what has been great is the efficiency of dealing with requests and the clarity of communication. It is so helpful to be able to call and leave a message and be called back in a timely fashion. Many times someone answers and confirms any action later with a text. In a world where we wrestle with more and more chatbots, that kind of attention to human to human connection is really meaningful. Two experiences stand out. I needed to walk through my home insurance policy and get a better understanding. I set up a call with Christina and she was so patient in answering all my questions and walking me through everything...it was well over and hour on the phone and she was never in a rush and made sure I was clear on everything. Then another day I needed to call in about something and it was near the end of business hours...I thought I would just leave a message but Trever answered. I asked my question which he answered but what ensued was a very nice unrushed conversation. I was asking questions about the industry in light of some of the crises like the fires in S. California that particular year. Again, he answered my questions and helped me understand the world of insurance better. I was so impressed that he would take the time to do that."
